Administrative Professional- ID Locations

The Project Clerk is the centerpiece of the project. Coordinating all administrative activities and interacting with the management team, drivers, loader operators, and laborers. Applicants must have proficient computer skills and be organized, driven and love working with a team.

Transystems is now reviewing resumes for part-time Project Clerks, training begins August 4th, weekend hours required during the beet campaign, in the following locations:

            Twin Falls, Idaho

          Pingree (Blackfoot area), Idaho

          Paul, Idaho

Project Clerk Schedule (somewhat flexible):

  • August 4th thru September 9th will be Monday thru Friday, 8am to 5pm

  • September 10th thru late March/early April will be 6am to 3pm

    • Days can be either Friday/Saturday or Saturday/Sunday or Sunday/Monday

  • Additional work may be available but is not guaranteed

Job duties include but are not limited to:

  • Compiling and maintaining production records

  • Creating and maintaining employee personnel files

  • Processing applications and hiring paperwork

  • Fielding phone calls

  • Data input

  • Employee Timecard Processing

  • Fuel monitoring
